Nielsen Music - We know music. We deliver the most complete view of total music consumption, whether it's sales, streaming or airplay, and provide a connected view to help measure and optimize campaign performance. We have the deepest understanding of fans - how they discover and listen to music, how they perceive artists and campaigns, and how these insights evolve over time. Our expertise allows us to help bands and brands maximize and measure the success of partnerships. With the most actionable insights in the marketplace, Nielsen helps companies grow in music.
Northwestern Mutual (Jeff Hammer Group) - The Hammer team is excited to transform the financial planning experience for artists and industry leaders by working with them regarding the near-term opportunities to invest in themselves, their artistry and businesses, while also balancing immediate needs with planning for their future in the wake of multiple, complex income streams. They also creatively pursue financial planning for intellectual property that can have generations of impact. In addition, the team thrives on seeing an artist’s philanthropic efforts come to life with a multiplied impact that unleashes tremendous good in the world, while also reinforcing their brand.
ASCAP - We are the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), a membership association of more than 575,000 US composers, songwriters, lyricists and music publishers of every kind of music. Through agreements with affiliated international societies, we also represent hundreds of thousands of music creators worldwide. We are the only US performing rights organization created and controlled by composers, songwriters and music publishers, with a Board of Directors elected by and from our membership. We protect the rights of ASCAP members by licensing and distributing royalties for the non-dramatic public performances of their copyrighted works. Our licensees encompass all who want to perform copyrighted music publicly. We make giving and obtaining permission to perform music simple for both creators and music users.
BMI - BMI was founded in 1939 by forward-thinkers who wanted to represent songwriters in emerging genres, like jazz, blues, and country and protect the public performances of their music. Operating on a non-profit basis, BMI is now the largest music rights organization in the U.S. and is still nurturing new talent and new music. As a global leader in music rights management, BMI serves as an advocate for the value of music, presenting more than 10.5 million musical works created and owned by more than 700,000 songwriters, composers, and music publishers.
CD Baby - CD Baby began as a garage start up in 1998, and has grown to be the largest distributor of independent music. We have paid more than $300 million to artists, and counting and there are over 400,000 independent albums in stock. Our clients consist of more than 330,000 indie artists and we have 5 million+ tracks in our digital distribution catalog.
