Taeko Saito
Taeko was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She was trained in classical and jazz piano since she was 2 years old and had studied multiple instruments including violin, saxophone, and guitar. She moved to many different cities with her family and finally landed in New York at the age of 12 where she had discovered her love for contemporary music.
She started interning at the age of 17 at multiple companies and currently works at AAM Management where she looks after producers and mixers. Some of her clients include Rob Schnapf, Matt Bayles, Alex Newport, Elvis Baskette, Garth Richardson, Joe McGrath, etc.
She has also started her own company, Bascule Music - a company that will become the liason between the Japanese music industry and American music industry. She hopes to grow in both American territory and Japanese territory as she believes that music is now more global than it has ever been.
