Advisors: Kelli Turner

Kelli Turner was appointed Executive Vice President, Operations, Corporate Development and CFO of SESAC, Inc., a leading music rights organization, in July 2014. Turner is charged with overseeing finance, corporate development, licensing and administrative functions. She brings a breadth of experience in management and operations in the media industry to the organization.

Prior to joining SESAC, Turner served as President and Chief Financial Officer of RSL Management Corporation. Prior to that, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (“MSLO”), a diversified media and merchandising company. Additionally, Turner has held positions as a Senior Vice President, Operations in the Office of the Chairman and CEO at Time Warner Inc. and Senior Vice President, Business Development at New Line Cinema. She worked in investment banking for many years with positions at Allen & Company, and Citigroup. Early in her career, Turner received tax and audit experience at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Turner currently is a General Partner of RSL Venture Partners and serves on the Board of Directors of Central European Media Enterprises.

Turner holds an undergraduate business degree and law degree from The University of Michigan.
